HOMESEEK has the pleasure to offer for a 6-month short-term rental, this charming pied-à-terre at the top of the Limpertsberg district, ideal for a single person who likes peace and quiet, NATURE AND WALKS! Tastefully furnished studio apartment, +/-30m2, on the first floor of a west-facing family home built in 1830. The view overlooks a small garden and the opposite hillside in the distance.

The studio has almost its own access and comprises:
- 1 enclosed entrance,
- 1 large “L”-shaped room with a fully-equipped kitchen (washing machine, electric and micro-wave ovens, fridge and freezer), a reading area next to an ornamental fireplace, and a lounge/bedroom area (1 person 1.20m-wide bed).
- 1 shower room with toilet and washbasin.

Technical features: double glazing, manual shutters, town gas heating. CPE H-I.

Environment: Ultra-residential neighborhood with a wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants, crèches, schools, parks, Tramschapp and Victor Hugo sports halls, Grand Théâtre, Utopia cinema, close to the city center (15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car) and Kirchberg, close to the “Bambesch” forest (5 minutes by car), excellent public transport links (Bus, Vel'OH! and Tram).

- 6-month short-term lease, neither extendable, nor renewable,
- deposit: 2 months' rent,
